Reporting a Lost Device
If a MIPACE device is lost, go to your Devices page and select “Report lost” on the device in question.
Who Can See My Profile?
Deactivating Your Account
If you need to stop your MIPACE profile being shown temporarily, you can deactivate your account from your account settings.
Deleting a Profile
Additional profiles you’ve created (for example, a child’s profile) can be deleted from your account page.
Deleting Your Account
Want your MIPACE account and information permanently removed, rather than deactivated? This is handled as a request to support rather than a self-service button, so we can confirm it’s really you and talk through what it means first.
