MIPACE was created to help people communicate important information about themselves, particularly when they cannot easily explain what they need. Protecting that information is part of how the platform is designed and managed.

Profiles are managed through a MIPACE account. You choose what information to enter and which profile sections are visible.
Parents or authorised guardians can manage children’s profiles through their account, with child-specific privacy controls.
Each MIPACE device is linked to an assigned profile. Device assignments can be managed within the account.
The platform includes access controls, protected profile media and controls for viewing information through a device.
Devices can be reported as lost, stopping their public profile from being shown while the device remains lost.
MIPACE maintains internal processes for risk assessment, privacy management, incident handling and data protection review.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used, the legal basis for processing, and your rights. We keep detailed operational and security procedures internally rather than publishing information that could weaken those safeguards.
ICO registration confirms an entry on the ICO’s data protection fee register. It does not mean the ICO has audited, approved or certified MIPACE’s platform or internal procedures.
