We welcome people and organisations talking about MIPACE. This page explains when you can share our material and when to ask for permission.
The MIPACE name, logos, icons, product photographs, illustrations and other original materials are owned or licensed by MIPACE Ltd unless stated otherwise. They are not automatically available for reuse just because they appear on our website or social media.
Where an image features another person, organisation or third-party material, additional permission may be needed. Please do not copy or share personal MIPACE profile information or screenshots that reveal sensitive information.
You are welcome to link to mipace.life, mention MIPACE by name accurately and share our original public posts using a social platform’s built-in sharing tools.
If you wish to include our logo, product images, icons, website screenshots or other artwork in your own document, page, publication or marketing material, please contact us for written permission first.
Please ask before using MIPACE branding or imagery in school or charity packs, promotional materials, websites, advertisements, printed literature, press releases, commercial products, or co-branded projects.
Tell us who you are, which material you want to use, where it will appear and the intended purpose. We can then confirm whether permission is available and provide an appropriate file or approved version.
Please use the artwork we supply, preserve its proportions and colours, and keep it clear and legible. Do not edit, stretch, recolour, crop or combine it with other logos without agreement.
Permission applies only to the use we approve. Do not imply that MIPACE sponsors, approves, accredits or has an official partnership with your organisation unless we have agreed this separately in writing.
We are happy to consider requests from journalists, educators, charities and community groups. We can review the proposed use, provide suitable official artwork where available and agree how MIPACE should be credited.
Permission to use an image or logo is separate from permission to publish a case study, testimonial or information about an individual.
Contact MIPACE Ltd through our website with your organisation’s name, the material requested, the intended audience and where it will appear. We will confirm any permission in writing.
