MIPACE can now provide custom co-branded devices for organisations ordering 100 devices or more at one time. It gives clubs, academies, camps, schools, care providers and other organisations a practical way to introduce MIPACE using devices that carry their own identity alongside the MIPACE brand.
Your organisation, supported by MIPACE
The device design can bring together the organisation’s logo and branding with the recognisable MIPACE identity. This can help the devices feel like a natural part of an existing player, pupil, member, staff or care programme while making their purpose clear.
The MIPACE team will work directly with the organisation on the design and the most suitable device format. Customisation is available for qualifying orders of at least 100 devices.
No separate setup fee
There is no additional setup fee for the custom design. The organisation purchases the agreed devices, and the MIPACE team handles the custom-order process with them directly.
Orders below 100 devices can still use standard MIPACE products carrying the established MIPACE design.
Built for an organisation-managed rollout
Custom devices can become organisation-owned MIPACE devices within a managed rollout. Depending on the organisation’s requirements, they can support children, players, members, employees or people receiving care by providing access to the current information selected through the appropriate MIPACE profile.
An organisation may use devices that travel with a person, attach to suitable kit or equipment, or form part of a controlled internal support process. The right approach will depend on the setting, the people being supported and the organisation’s existing safeguarding and information procedures.
Ordering starts with a conversation
Large organisation orders are not handled by adding 100 individual products to the public shop. The organisation should contact MIPACE first and request organisation setup. The MIPACE team can then discuss quantities, device formats, branding, intended use, account structure and rollout requirements before confirming the order.
This gives both teams the opportunity to make sure the devices and organisation setup work properly from the beginning.
