Where and how we deliver

Available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout. An option appearing at checkout does not guarantee acceptance if a carrier restriction or address issue is identified before dispatch.

Times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed service.

How MIPACE devices are prepared

A purchased MIPACE device is assigned to the purchaser’s account before it is sent and appears in My MIPACE as pending activation. It will not display the linked profile until the account holder activates it after arrival. This protects the account holder and ensures the correct device is received before use.

Address checks and delivery

Check the delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact [email protected] immediately if it is wrong. We cannot always change an address after fulfilment begins. Responsibility for the goods passes as provided by applicable consumer law when they are delivered to you or a person you identify.

Delays, missing or damaged parcels

Carrier delays and events outside reasonable control can occur. If tracking has not moved, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or packaging arrives damaged, contact us with the order number as soon as possible so we can investigate.

International orders

Where international delivery is offered, the recipient may be responsible for local import duties, taxes and customs requirements unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery times.
